Foundation Systems Engineering, P.C. (FSE) was incorporated 1979. Since that time FSE has provided professional engineering and materials testing services in the areas of geotechnical, environmental and construction materials. Our goal is to provide each client with personal, cost effective and timely solutions in a professional manner.

To accomplish our goal FSE maintains a close association with Construction Materials Laboratory (CML) in both our Kingsport and Knoxville Tennessee offices. CML was established in 1943, and provides field and laboratory testing services for subsurface exploration and construction materials testing.
