	Foundation Systems Engineering, P.C. (FSE) was incorporated in 1979. Since that time FSE has provided professional engineering and testing services in the areas of geotechnical, environmental and construction materials. 	To accomplish our goal FSE maintains a close association with Construction Materials Laboratory (CML) in both our Kingsport and Knoxville Tennessee offices. CML was established in 1943, and provides field and laboratory testing services for subsurface exploration and construction materials testing.
